Dirty table and silverware; table was also off-balanced -- moved tables and the second table was off-balance; salad took 30 minutes to arrive; and at the end of lunch not only was I charged twice for lunch but was told my card did not go through so had to pay a THIRD time. Not good at all.
Our family had a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner at Amuse. The food was exceptional and the service wonderful. The chef prepared a truly great meal of turkey, roast beef, and a whole roast pig, and the staff provided such personal attention. We couldn't have asked for a better Thanksgiving experience!!
Amuse is our go to venue for business breakfast and lunch meetings. Healthy, tasty, simple (but complete) menu and non-intrusive service.

As an Italian restaurant, they were out of Parmesan cheese, and did not have Chicken Parm. and Pepperoni Pizza. Also, the staff brought two Bud Light beers, when my friends ordered a Stella and an IPA!!!
If your schedule is a tight one, this isn’t the place. I eat lunch here frequently when I need a sit down meal within walking distance of the office. The food is good, but the service is glacial, and has never gotten better.
Food was OK, but service was extremely slow, as seems to happen more often than not. If you don't grab a waiter as they go by you may not see them for a long time, and i saw a number of other patrons craning their necks looking for a waiter throughout their meal. Maybe they've got wait staff for only a few tables, so when it gets semi-crowded at lunch time there are more people than the staff can handle. Or something....
Quiet and not too crowded. I like to go there for a business lunches or to meet with local employees.
I don’t think this place is what we think it is. The food was so so for the cost. Beautiful ambience and great service. Food vs dollar. Eh.

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. When I complained at the front desk, the woman totally agreed with me. She said everyone at the hotel knows that the restaurant is awful. I refused to pay. The food was inedible. I ordered a Tuscan salad and a flatbread. AWFUL!!
The food was good as usual but the service was slow as usual . It took an hour to get our food (we were a bigger group but still it want that busy when we went). Also no one came to check on refills etc until prompted.
Good place for lunch and or stop by after work for drink and some food. Good conversation with co-workers and or friends. Bartenders and wait staff very friendly.
The menu items are pricey. You are paying for the few. Or chicken on my kale salad was extremely dry and completely tasteless.
It was very difficult to find a waiter to help us. He never stopped by and asked us how we enjoyed our breakfast. The service has consistently been unpredictable here. The food is quite good.
Have come here several times for business lunch/happy hour. Service can be a little slow but food and drinks are good.
For what I thought was a higher end restaurant in Roslyn, this place did not deliver. Their wine list is terrible, with only 4 or so bottles of 3 types of red wine. The chicken parm was good, but isn't exactly a hard dish to deliver. Our coffee was brought out cold, and the waiter, while pleasant enough, had a difficult time keeping up even though we were one of 2 tables occupied. Skip this place, I'll never return.
Reservation followed-up by call (very hard to reach human); event was dinner with view of DC fireworks. Told that all seats had great views. In fact, none did. Drove to restaurant, and cancelled when true situation was realized. Exceptionally poorly run and Le Meridien staff was very surprisingly terrible.
Service was extremely slow. Waiter disappeared for 20 minutes after getting are drinks. Then came back again and asked us what we had ordered. He had forgotten and never put the order into the kitchen. He disappears for another 20 minutes. We have to go up and ask the cook chef where our order is. He tells us that the waiter put in in late. Food finally shows up and is okay. Our disappearing waiter is still gone and we flag down another server to pay and leave.
Really wanted to like this place, but it fell flat. Tough for me to write, because I don't like to complain. Service was well-meaning, but inconsistent. Food was just plain not good.
Always our go to for small to medium size groups for happy hours and business lunches and business breakfasts.
Food was very good (haven't had a bad meal there yet) but service is always quite slow.
food was delicious but the kitchen was SLOW and server so absent I thought he was invisible. Otherwise it's a great restaurant. I was more than pleased that they were able to accommodate my party of 9 last minute for mother's day breakfast.
Thank you for taking great care of us during breakfast. My client was impressed with the service and my over medium eggs were cooked perfectly.
Food was good. Kitchen was slow. Service is not a reflection on wait staff, who were good. But for a business lunch, waiting 35 minutes for a salad is not so good.
The waiter was horrible. Got food & drinks half an hour later and then got double charged for something I did not order

We booked online based on online advertising that there would be an Easter Brunch from 9:00 to 1:00 pm. We made our reservation at 9 am so that we could continue to sight-see the remainder of the day. When we got there, a poster stating Easter Brunch would be served from 9am to 3 pm was at the hostess table, however, we were told that the brunch began at 10:30. The food was great, no doubt, but it was disappointing as we had scheduled our day and was under the impression that we were going to a brunch, not a breakfast. The food buffet was good: eggs, potatoes, two choices of meats, oatmeal, pastries, made to order waffles and omelets. If you go, you will enjoy delicious food. If you are planning on a special meal, call ahead to confirm.
Always a great venue for business conversations. Good variety in a focused menu, attentive service that is not intrusive and quiet.
The serving staff is very courteous and accommodating.

The staff and ambience are very nice. The hostess was very accommodating in allowing me to wait for the guest accompanying me since she was running a little late. Unfortunately, my guest had to pack her lunch and take it with her back to work to attend a meeting because it took too long for the food to come to the table.
They were perfectly capable of accepting the OpenTable reservation but failed to inform us that they also closed the restaurant for a private party. No idea if its any good or not but I won't be going there again since there is no reason to trust that they have any idea if their facilities are booked or available.
Hadn’t been in years
Much to my delight we discovered a long time ( over 24 years) waiter Tony who was at the Rosslyn staple Tivoli’s. It was a wonderful reunion with the same excellent service. He has his pulse on what to order and makes sure a good meal and good time is had by all.
One of the best spots for business lunches! Unassuming location, easy valet parking, great service, good selection of healthy and other foods. Highly recommend in all aspects!
The food was average as was the service. Sufficient for a business meal.
That was a second time I tried to go there. There is no restaurant. No guests, just a service for the hotel. and the mugs and menu were dirty. never come back.
Over an hour- was seated at 1206- had to leave at 1258- still did not have food. It is very loud there and hard to conduct business.
Service way too slow. No refills, waited too long for check.
