Really enjoyed the food and experience! Logistics were not great, though, so I hope that improves… it does concern me to think about how a business can’t get simple things right but then trust that things like food handling and storage are fine. We did the top all you can eat package, and it took a really long time for food to come after ordering it. It was hard to order accurately because you really needed to order before you ate a round and even with that there were very long breaks between. Several of the items we ordered did not ever arrive or I needed to remind them to bring out after an extended period of time. Our server said that there was something wrong with their ordering system and that the staff was needing to manually enter orders. Our table of 4 all needed to share one fork and no spoons for desserts (including ice cream!) and were told that there were no more clean utensils.

Extremely low lighting made it difficult to read the menu. The food was all very good, although our shared appetizer came out after our sushi. The lychee sake was tasty but was a rather small serving. Service was ok, the waiter didn’t check on us frequently and we had to ask for silverware and drink refills. He looked like he was purposely avoiding looking up at any of his tables when walking through the restaurant but he was friendly enough when he did stop by.
