Austin's Woodfire Grille is located directly across from Heinen's in the heart of Brecksville. At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts. It’s a difference you can taste and one we hope you will keep coming back for. At Austin's, everything we do, we do because our customers deserve it. Great upscale local place in Brecksville. Steaks are reasonable, and bar is wonderful. Recommended for a place to have a nice conversation that's not too loud.

Overall we had a great time and a great meal at Austin's. The only glitch was that several of the items we ordered came to the table cold. The server was happy to have the soup reheated and it was still not very hot when it came back. We'd definitely return, possibly on a less busy evening.

Food was average. Crab stuffed shrimp was not good. Too much bread stuffing and very little crab meat. NY Strip was thin and chewy. Appears restaurant is taking short cuts on quality of food. Expected more from restaurant. Server was excellent.

Service was slow. They forgot about us. Sat us near bathroom door that did not close and draft kept coming in. We had to keep gettin up to close door which made our dinner experience not enjoyable. Waitress even said worst table In restaurant.

First time visitor. My wife and I along with our 12-year-old daughter. I got the sirloin tips, my wife got the prime rib and my daughter got the mac and cheese with fries. We are all very pleased with the food. Portions were excellent. Our server was top notch in the restaurant definitely has a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with classic decor.

We enjoyed a nice dinner with our family. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The ribs were enjoyed by my husband, salmon was excellent and the broccoli was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfect. We love the shrimp cocktail as well. Wine selection was very nice

The menu is very misleading on what items are gluten free. Some things were listed as gluten free but in fact contained gluten. This could be a serious issue for someone with allergies.
