An unknown jewel. The food was amazing. The dining area was great with hand painted tables and frescos on the wall. The service was wonderful. The owner took the time to come over and chat with us. We will definitely be back and tell others about this amazing find.
I ordered the 20-22 oz boneless USDA prime ribeye. It was amazing, prepared in a cast iron skillet and garnished with rosemary and other fine herbs along with a balsamic drizzle. I consider myself a steak aficionado (aka snob) and I’ve been to most of the top end steak restaurants in the DMV area. They’ve got nothing on Arturo’s Trattoria except their prices are higher! Buon appetito!
The salmon was spoiled since it had a prominent fishy smell so we didn’t enjoy it at all. Everything else was good though the french fries, the ribs, and the wings were amazing. Would definitely go again everyone was so nice :)
