   We had a table of 9 for a birthday celebration, with a big order and the server got everything down precisely and the cool did a fantastic job as well, getting it all prepared. The food was extremely delicious as usual.

   Air vents don’t work over cooking area also , to cold,to hot, heating and A/ C System seems to be shot, the wait time is far to long to eat. 2 plus hours or more is normal with a reservation

   Food wise, one of the best meals we’ve had at this restaurant. Orlando the chef did a fantastic job, and Ian was very attentive. The only real complaint is the tacky air filter machines. Not a huge deal, just tacky.

   The food is good but not great like it always was. For the price, I expect a lot more. 5 people and total bill with a 22% tip as I will always take care of the staff came out at $407. Steak and shrimp and one child. I would have rather spent my money at Jeff Ruby. This place smells and is not updated at all. They just need to close this place to save their reputation. This was our last visit. Not a very safe neighborhood either. Very disappointed overall.

   Not worth the money. Not even close. Averaged $70/person after tax and tip, for what amounts to a glorified stir fry.

    Hostess staff was rude and wouldn’t offer any explanations to our questions, only cited that our requests are against policy. The manager, Toby, took the time to listen and explain and ultimately sat our two parties near each other with the caveat that we now get the automatic 18% gratuity charge. The food was great as always. We visit it 2-3 times a year because we love the food but the service at this location is lacking.

    Made reservations. But still waited 45 minutes to get seated. And then waited another 45 minutes until the chef came to cook our food. With having 2 small children spending 3 hours in a restaurant is a tall order. The food was just ok, I've have better hibachi. Overall, an absolute night killer.

    We spent an hour in the lobby before even getting sitted at the table and then another 20 minutes before anyone offered the drinks. They were totally overbooked and didn’t offer any compliments for it. The food was good but waiting and service were unacceptable.

    Food was OK. Have been to other hibachi that you get way more food for the price and tastes better. Wait was long for a chef, even with reservation. Would drive the extra time for other options. Won’t go back.

    Overall, my experience with Cincinnati Benihana’s was trash. I’ve been to Benihana‘s all over the United States, and this one was the lowest rank in my opinion. The portions were really small in the plating wasn’t appetizing very sloppy. And the hibachi table experience was mediocre. I went there to celebrate my brother’s 13th birthday. He and his friends had never experienced hibachi and I’m like oh Benihana is known for hibachi. I should’ve chosen a random hibachi place in Cincinnati versus spending $300 for garbage.

    We had reservations for 4 at 7:00 PM and finally got our salad and soup at a little after 8:00pm! After that everything went smoothly. The food was great. The chef was ok not as flamboyant as others I’ve had. But he cooked everything to this right temperature!

    Everything was mediocre until I received the check. They snuck a “service fee” onto the check. This is a dirty trick. In the end the sever ultimately pays by not receiving a better tip. I would avoid this place because of this unanticipated fee. The food costs are already insane and then you add this. I’ll be sure to spread the word to avoid this place.

    Food was not what i remember, yum sauce wasn’t very good. My son ordered a spicy chicken but got spicy shrimp. The server was new and hit the wrong button. The prices are crazy for what you really get. Maybe I’m just over the whole smelling like food after you leave the restaurant type of places.

    Our reservations were for 4:30 PM. We did not get sat at a table until 5 PM and are cooked did not show up to the cooking table until 6 PM. We didn’t get finished eating until 6:45 PM so for a 4:30 reservation it took 2 hours and 15 minutes for us to have dinner. Portions were a lot smaller, the fried rice that we’re paying an arm and a leg for now, they don’t even fully filled the bowl up. You get 6 pieces of zucchini, and the service was just horrible.

    The waitress was not attentive at all. Rarely asked for refill or anything else for that matter. The chef was great, food was good but way TOO many onions! Next time we will go the better local hibachi than this over priced dump!

    It was good food as always, but the wait was so long. The reservation was for 6:30, but I didn’t even begin to eat until around 7:30. I know it cannot be helped because of staffing issues. Still the food was good and the chef was very skilled.

    My best friend and I would always go to Benihana for our birthdays. The fried rice was always hot, and the hibachi chicken would be fabulous. On our last visit, the chef was unprepared for his cooking experience with us. The server was overwhelmed with the request of customers because the restaurant was short of staff. The food was cooked in the wrong order: the main entree was cooked first, then the fried rice. This made our main entree cold. The price for the fried rice and main entree is overpriced, and the ambiance of having a Japanese restaurant experience has disappeared. We will not be back again.

    had a 3:00 reservation, everyone was there by 3:00, was told due to being busy it would be 15 to 20 minutes before being seated. well we were seated at 3:45, soup and salad came in a reasonable time, but chef didn't come until 4:45, it was after 6:00 before we got out.

    The restaurant was filthy. The carpets were dirty and littered and the foyer smell d bad. The ladies restroom was disgusting. It was so dirty we decided we couldn’t eat there. We left and went to Prime.
