Great experience. Great food. Great service. My only issue is I wish they could've changed the table linen in between servings as requested. Taking food pics on not so clean table linen isn't appealing. That's all. Over all I was pleased.

We went for my wife's birthday celebration and the evening was fabulous - Best restaurant steak I have had in a long time, the lobster was very nice also - Best brussel sprouts, really only negative was the variety of dessert - very limited. Some what pricey, but we will definitely go back.

They sat us in a very small table didn’t pay any attention to us because the table next to us bought a bottle of wine. Steak was way undercooked waiter checked on us when meal was done. I left more than half my steak and waiter didn’t question why. Offered a 2nd round of drinks and dessert after entrees were cleared. Not what I remembered it to be. Steak was over seasoned and undercooked

Edgar is always my favorite server! I was happy to see that he was our server for my birthday celebration, tonight, with my girls. His service never disapoints, but it felt extra special for my birthday dinner! The food and drinks were all fantastic. The other guests were great too! We even met new friends who sent over tequila shots to all of us! Thanks, friends! We ordered Crab spinach fondue, crispy crab cakes, brussels sprouts, Cesar salad, angel hair crab lasagna, filet mignon, and Lots a crab!! It was all amazing! 10!!!

The highlight for my son and I was the service. Our server was exceptional. We did not want for a thing. The upstairs dining room was quite small and we were seated next to a large group that took up most of the space and were pretty loud. The food was good.

We were really anticipating our dinner here and so we started off with steamed mussels, which were very tasty and serve sizzling hot but they're very very tiny and being so close to the coast, I would've expected them to be bigger. Our server, Jose was professional and friendly. He answered her questions and so I ordered the steak and half crab. The meal was OK although I wish the crab could be brought out first because I wasted so much time for so little reward from the crab that my Filet steak became cold We will return to probably try the aged steak only

This was my second time at Bobo’s and it was just as good as the first. I don’t really eat steak so I got a few sides. The loaded baked potato was incredible, and the cream corn was perfect. My friends are steak experts and said the filet was incredible. Our party of six included two young ones (ages 5 and 7) and they really enjoyed the mac and cheese as well as the decor in the room upstairs. Our server was attentive and genuinely nice, especially with the kids. I let them know we were bringing a few little ones and we were seated in a smaller room, which probably helped other adult parties enjoy their experience. This has quickly become my go-to place for loaded baked potatoes, which are straight up my favorite thing in the world. I can’t recommend Bobo’s enough.

Y’all need to try their crab feast, it’s amazing! Their lovely decor is so festive, an added experience to an eclectic vibe. The entire evening was so memorable, you’re gonna want to go back real soon. You really need to try it to believe it..you’ll be glad you did!

So glad we tried this restaurant! Don’t be thrown by it’s next door neighbor Travelodge- this place dishes out some serious food and drinks! Martinis come in a shaker, the wine list has great options for all wallets and literally the best steak tartare I have ever had. Do get the bread, it’s really good. Spilt a Sinatra cut bone in NY strip and garlic mashed potatoes. So Good! Was too full for dessert but the ones we saw going by looked awesome. Also great service - our waiter had a party of 16(!) sit down while he was taking care of us but we never felt neglected. Highly recommend!

I really loves the place felt warm and welcoming. The staff was amazing and they had good play list. The food OMG from the appetizer to the coarse menu was amazing. My only thing was my stake was jus a little burn on top but it still juicy and delicious. The desert was just the cherry on top to end an amazing diner night. Left with a big smile and a bigger stomach. Would go back again.

We ordered drinks at bar and as soon as we paid hostess came by and said she need to seat us because she needed table back by 730. I didn't even take a sip. When we walked out not one person at bar or waiting for table. She made my whole party feel rushed for absolutely no reason. Food was below average and very pricey. Carpaccio wad fishy, salad was not crisp and dressing was blah. Nobody enjoyed their steaks. I would not recommend

Bobo’s is the perfect date night atmosphere. My wife and I enjoyed delicious cocktails to start , then had an amazing meal after. The aroma in the restaurant was tantalizing to say the least and the food did not disappoint in comparison. Very intimate setting but it can also host a large group .

One of favorite restaurants in the city. The service is friendly, professional, and attentive. The bartender is efficient and truly knows what he is doing. The steaks are of the highest quality, and I dare say, the kitchen knows how to cook them better than any restaurant in SF. They do need some healthier sides like sautéed broccoli and/or spinach but we did have the decadent brussel sprouts and creamed spinach which had a nice dose of Parmesan. The iron skillets are great though I’ve never had the crab because I’m lazy. The shrimp and mussels are delish! Bobo’s is expensive, but it’s a welcome splurge every few months!

I have been going to Bobo's for many years..and the one thing I look forward to is the hot fresh baked bread smothered in garlic. Last night I brought some friends to eat with us at Bobo's and I was so embarrassed after bragging about the bread, when the waiter brought out a small loaf that was so stale I could barely cut it in half with a Steak knife. Against all odds, we mustered through eating some of the bread when finally I asked the waiter if he could just bring us out a fresher loaf. I felt I owed it to my guests to taste the delicious bread I have been talking about. The waiter seemed surprised, as we did already have some of the stale bread, and said he would tell the chef. He came out with another loaf, and this was stale as well..not as bad as the first, but stale nonetheless. Aside from this little setback, the food was good, not great, the waiter and staff were pleasant and accommodating. My cocktail was great. A nice night, but overall, just did not have that "wow" factor Bobo's usually has. Just feels tired. Don't think I will be going to Bobo's anytime soon to be honest. Sorry.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the staff. You are basically checked by the staff quite often to make sure all is well with food. Friendly staff. Interior appears a bit “dark”for my taste, but I guess it’s what makes its “vibe.” Not bad though, it’s just different. Food arrived a decent time. Temperature of food was good. Taste and quality were great. Value for the money was ok. Expect to pay a hefty price. It’s a good spot to try for steaks.

I was hesitant to go to Bobo's because of the cost, but it WAS the most phenomenal filet mignon and lobster tails we've ever had. It was absolutely worth the money. The filet was better than any wagyu steaks I've had anywhere. Drinks were yum! We shared several of the deserts. The dunce cap cones, in particular, were delicious and beautifully plated. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr Froncillo who was one of the more gracious and welcoming proprietors I've ever met. Wonderful service as well. I look forward to returning next time we come to San Francisco.
