This was the worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant. The food was cold. The service was slow. The restaurant was very sparse. The lighting was bad. The manager made a rude comment when we wanted to move tables. This was a very bad experience. We will never go back.

The whole place smelled like cleaning supplies. The waitress was “Adrienne” was super nice she was also the bar tender and the drinks were the best part. She was the best part of the night. The food wasn’t that great.

I love Cantina Laredo, always a nice atmosphere and the food is delicious. Their house margarita is great (I hate sweet margaritas and theirs is perfectly balanced). The carne asada dish is delicious, and I also love the queso and steak quesadillas!

Service was terrible. From the hosts to the servers, most were rude and did not speak to us. We had 4 different servers handle our table. 2 of the 4 entrees came out cold but no one came to check on us for us to even notify them until the meal was over. They didn’t refill our drinks or salsa. Also, they’ve changed their salsa recipe and it was not nearly as tasteful as it used to be. We were so disappointed and won’t be returning to this location ever again.

We had high hopes for a great experience, knowing Cantena la Redo was a national chain in a nice neighborhood. However, the food was marginal at best and we were seated near the restroom which had an unfortunate incident occur. We had to walk to the other end of the room to wait for our check, the stench was so bad. Not going back.

The food was very good. I had the lunch fajitas, and the spice level was on point. Did not care for the rice. Portions were large, especially for lunch. The issue was the service — we waited a very long time to place our order and a longer time to get our bill. The waitress was no where to be found.

The restaurant in Branson Mo was very good. This restaurant in Clayton was very disappointing. in addition to poor food and pour service, the chairs were dirty and the table not totally wiped off.

The service was absolutely AWFUL. Food was mediocre. We had to walk to the bar to pay because we hadn’t seen our server in over 30 minutes & they were not busy at all- maybe 8 tables in the entire restaurant. Then the server had the nerve to run out of the restaurant screaming that we didn’t pay. We will NOT go back.

I have been here before and had a great experience. However this time it wasn’t exactly the same. One of our dishes had a couple hairs in it when it arrived at the table. Waitress was less attentive than our first time we went.

The food was delicious! When our server did come to the table she was very friendly and knowledgeable. However we did not see her as often as a customer would deem reasonable. The restaurant was not busy. We were one of 3 tables inside the dining room (patio was full but she was not waiting tables on the patio) and we had to wait a while to even order a second round of drinks. Disappointing as this is a great place, but we were not a priority for our server. When she brought the check over and we were ready to pay, that’s when she was the most attentive.

The restuarant was short staffed so the waiters and servers had to cover a lot of customers. This is indicative of the times and not unique to Cantina Laredo. Overall it was a very nice experience.
