Service was extremely attentive lead by Ashleigh. We had 3 members of the wait staff serving/checking on us the entire time. Food was fantastic, cooked to perfection. Enjoyed all 3 courses.

                                                                                                      Regularly eat at Ruby restaurants. This experience they could not get my wife’s steak cook correctly. They took it back twice and by the time they said it was right we were done with the rest of our meal. Wine was ok, server was nice but talked a lot which Is ok sometimes but we were celebrating our 32nd anniversary and less is better. My wife has a fish and dairy allergy which we let our server know and she did bring us a desert to celebrate but the desert had dairy and she apologized that she had forgotten. No big deal but she apologized many times over and over. My wife was not happy by the time we left and said she would stick to The Precinct moving forward.

My steak is always cooked to PERFECTION at all Ruby locations. Unfortunately, my filet was chewy and more medium rare than medium. My husband got 12 oz filet medium and his was so much better than mine. The carrots were PHENOMENAL as were the potato fingerlings. Chefs kiss to the Freddie and butter pie.

We were surrounded by extremely loud people that were cussing loudly most of the night that was the only drawback. The service was great and the food was amazing. One of my favorite things about the dining room is the decor and the vintage music. Perfect for a date night or special occasion.
