The atmosphere was beautiful, our server was incredibly kind, and the food was spectacular. Will definitely be going back!
Loved the experience and service. Highly recommend!!!
Always a fantastic experience and some of the best Italian food in Annapolis!
My wife and I have been to Carpaccio's a couple of times this year but this is my first Business meeting since Dec 2019 for obvious reasons. I couldn't have ask for a better business meeting lunch - the server ( Tim ) was attentive and his timing was right on when we needed something . The Food as usual needs no description - it is and always has been a 10 . What was also heartening was that Carpaccio's was really busy for an early afternoon crowd. I do recommend making reservations - it never hurts and assures that you will be seated immediately - especially for a business meeting - I didn't ask but it appeared that Carpaccio's reserved a prime booth for us.
a delicious dinner!! and our waitress was very attentive without being overly so
Friendly staff and we had a great waitress. Needed to move forward our reservation time slot we had thru Open Table and they were happy to accommodate us. Food is very good, but beware of the appetite impact the courtesy pizza bread has! Really nice Italian restaurant. Go there, you won't regret it!
Great service and excellent food!
We had a young server who told us this was his first experience at this level. He made the night enjoyable, he will be a great addition for this establishment. The food was fine, not great as some other Italian restaurants in the area.
Our reservation time was right at the end of a big rain storm. Host gave us the option to inside seating instead of waiting for staff to wipe down outside seating so we took it. A server came with an assistant to take our drink orders. After our drinks were delivered, she never came back to take our food orders. We finally had to flag someone for our orders. We had to ask for the bread basket and were given 4 finger size Focaccia. Once our food were served, no one came back to check on us until almost the very end of our meal by the server who took our drink orders. The menu looked good but the food was not memorable. We were never offered the desert menu or coffee. Another server came to our table and started to take down the faux candlelights hanging from the ceiling. She said the restaurant started to close down for the night.
Wonderful meal. Jose was our waiter and was Great! Have eaten lunch and dinner here now. Both fantastic!!
Fresh, authentic and delicious Italian dishes. Great wine selection.
Great food and amazing service!
Food choices were unique but all were tempting. We had the risotto con carne and penne vodka carpaccio. Calamari Fritti red sangria and toasted almond cake for dessert. Everything was delicious. Paulina was our server and attended to all our needs..and more! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Annapolis area.
I am very picky about my food , especially Italian. The food was excellent, fresh , good size portions.
The service was excellent, everyone from the host to the bus person was friendly.
It was reasonably priced and I will definitely be going back next time I am in town.
My wife and I frequent a dozen restaurants a month ( retired ) - and for several years have rated Maggiano's as #1 - and Carpaccio's #2 - because of the drive that is 3 times the distance to Carpaccio's - yesterday that changed - Carpaccio's is our #1 restaurant in Annapolis - not just for Italian but our 1st choice for eating - regardless. We miss Amy but Jose was terrific , his JD Manhattans would make Amy proud - the Food was as usual the best and , although there was a nice crowd for lunch on a Monday - we had no trouble having a nice quiet conversation - I guess it is true - you don't know what you are missing until you don't have it anymore and being closed for lunch until May - made us realize that
Thank you for a wonderful lunchtime experience
Amazing service from start to finish! Made our sons bday so special!!♥️ And food was stellar. Look forward to coming back for sure..
The veal piccata and the penne puttanesca were both outstanding. The weather was perfect for outside dining before the Paul Reed Smith band concert at Maryland Hall. It was a truly magical evening. Service was erratic as we had trouble getting our wine order and our bill.
Started with very well made Aperol Spritz. Wanted to relive our Italy experience and this was a good start. All the food was prefect. Calimari, lasagne bolognese, veal parm. Rapini was delicious. Pizza looked awesome. Wines list was reasonably priced. Definitely going back to try more of the menu and pick up a pizza from the carryout.
After reading many of the reviews here, we decided to take the family for an early Father’s Day dinner. We were seated quickly and warmly greeted by our server, Timothy. He was the best part of our whole experience. Quick witted, knowledgeable and experienced. If only the food, was as good as him.
Dining out as we do, when we go to an “exceptional” restaurant on Open Table, we expect cleanliness, good service, and great food. Sadly only one of the three fit the bill. We would gladly pay over $50 for a nightly special if the dish hit it out of the park. Both dishes only made the warning track. Overcooked Sea bass swimming in sauce, and a choice bone-in NY strip just a bit on the tough side. Both Good, but not great, and not worth the high price tag.
If we go back, we would stick with the regular menu. The chicken parmigiana was completely finished and enjoyed. We opted out of desert.
One of my favorite restaurants, food and service were great as usual.
I wanted to dine in an Italian restaurant and I chose it at random..I left satisfied...I will recommend it to friends
This was a perfect evening! I can't say enough about the food, wine list and service.
Our server Lorenzo was a total gem! Sweet, attentive as well as very knowledgeable about the wine selections.
Always a positive food experience. Menu has a range of good choices. I had a seafood polenta dish that was delicious and my family enjoyed pasta. Wine options are great. Had a Vermentino by the glass. Service lapsed with bringing of water and bread.
First - gluten and dairy free people - this is a fantastic option. I went with a friend to celebrate a birthday. We took it slow, drank wine, ate courses all sitting al fresco on a lovely patio. (The “noise” was a couple of motorcycles and a truck but we never could not hear each other.) Food was fantastic. Service personable without being intrusive. Well-spaced tables. Delightful! Poor photo of fantastic sea bass, broccolini and GF pasta with excellent marinara and basil. We will be back.
Amazing food. Love all the outside seating. Staff was wonderful. Our waiter had to leave for an emergency and so we waited a little while for our drinks and food, but they were very apologetic and comped our drinks with no questions asked. Will definitely return
The food was fantastic and so was the wine. Lorenzo, our server, was very kind and helpful and looked like he thoroughly enjoyed doing what he does!
A very nice, broad traditional Italian upscale menu. Good, if clearly overworked, friendly servers. Good price to quality. We prefer the ambiance outside by the fountain to indoors, but both options would have their defenders.
The food and environment was excellent and the service from the bar area was very attentive. My only suggestion is to reduce the serving sizes and allow people to try a few items versus just one or two. As an example, the Carpacio was awesome!
Upscale and more modern, but very delicious food and lots to choose from. The tomato sauce on the flatbread pizza was amazing, and the eggplant was wonderful. Very nice portion size for the price, enough for lunch the next day. Nice atmosphere, not too loud. All the food looked, smelled, and tasted wonderful!
Always great food and service
Server was excellent! Third time serving us....
Everything was great, fast friendly service and an attentive manager/owner who was overseeing all of the operation. Food was above average Italian cuisine, salads were very fresh and crispy, the pizza bead was a nice touch as you are first seated. Vast wine selection.
Oh wow. I can not wait to eat here again. From the meatballs appetizer and eggplant parmigiana appetizer. To the lasagna and chicken parmigiana meal. It was outstanding. I even lived the pear martini
Great food and place to celebrate! Been coming here forever and it never disappoints.
Portions were large, took home leftovers. All was excellent.
Good service and great food. I’ve eaten here several times and I love the food.
It was great! Our waitress was fantastic!
Food was delicious but no one came to even get a drink order for about 30 minutes after we were seated. Poor service but great food. This was odd because we’ve always had great service before
Had lunch after going to an arts exhibit...loved the welcoming nag service and crostini, lovely wine list! Perfectly grilled calamari and lush eggplant with mozzarella were
shared starters and we each indulged in the lovely arugula salad featuring artichokes and silky red peppers. Nice wine by the glass and a beautiful lunch! Thank you
Great service. Food was good to stellar. That said, I’d go back
