Chianti is by far our favorite restaurant in Saratoga and the surrounding area. The food is amazingly delicious and incredibly consistent. The service is impeccable and its so nice to come in and have so many familiar, friendly faces who know us by name and are always happy to have us there. Febrizio and Efron are 2 of the most incredible chefs and we love everyone in the front of the house as well. If you are in Saratoga, you absolutely must go to Chianti!!

We had a wonderful evening! The entrees we chose were delicious as well as the grilled octopus appetizer and the Italian salads. Even the dessert was so tasty! Our waiter was excellent and took wonderful care of us! (Other waitstaff was very good as well! ) He answered our every request and saw that our dining experience was exceptional! Great atmosphere!

Our server was John ! He was extremely friendly and down to earth. He recommended various food items that exceeded our expectations! The food is exquisite ! My food pallets were not ready for such delicious food ! We will definitely be dining here again!

Exceptional food by head chef Fabrizio. Best carpaccio in the world literally. Great service. Very clean and safe. You will not find better Italian anywhere in the Northeast. Sincerely.

Our first visit and we were so impressed we'll always make this a destination when visiting Saratoga. The table for 2 in a partitioned corner with just a table of 4 to the side of us made for a quiet and enjoyable dinner. John, our server did a fabulous job paying attention to our needs and getting our meals out to us hot and in a timely fashion. My wife and I split a delicious salad and risotto with filet mignon mixed in. Our meal was so delicious and we were left contented and not overly full. Can't wait to go back again!

Fantastic dinner, atmosphere and staff

Had reservations, waited a few minutes but wasn’t long. The waiter was very nice but seemed to be stretched thin as he was not as attentive as I think he would have liked to be. It wasn’t his fault.

The food was very good! Definitely a top notch restaurant in a very competitive area.

There was a woman in the restaurant that was a guest and she was extremely loud, making a few tables hard to enjoy their time. Again, now the restaurants fault.

Overall a solid experience.

We had dinner at Chianti for my birthday. The restaurant was busy but the way the tables were situated you felt like you were the only ones there. The calamari appetizer was delicious. Our entrees came and mine was wrong. The waiter took my husband’s and when mine was ready brought his. The wines by the glass were also very good and reasonably priced. At the end of our meal to make up for the error they gave me a glass of wine and comped the appetizer. I felt this was a very nice thing to do. We really were pleasantly surprised and highly recommend Chianti for their outstanding food and service.

Excellent experience, highly recommend. The food and service were fantastic. The “covid safe” set-up makes for a private, intimate dinner with partitions between diners. Loved it.

Penne with vodka sauce was the best I ever had it is consistent every time !

Excellent dinner! All the dishes were expertly prepared. First indoor meal since the lockdown and we weren't disappointed. The staff does a great job being covid compliant by spacing out the tables and are attentive to social distancing

My husband and I have been coming here since we met- we come every week or every other week for date night. We’ve come to know the staff and we celebrated our engagement and then elopement here, and the staff has made sure to always make us feel like family! They know our faces and our regular orders, which I think is amazing and always makes me so happy to walk in! Josh the bartender has become a friend, and we sit at the bar now so we can enjoy his company!

The food is next to none. I’ve never had a bad dish here- you can order blindly and know it will be AMAZING!

We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server, Kevin, did a typically excellent job of both attending to our needs, and acceding to our wish not to be rushed.
Food was off alittle, with pasta dish being unusually spicy, fish slightly underdone and short rib deliver at tepid temperature.
Wine bottle prices seemed to have risen dramatically.
Because we have long history with this restaurant, we will still go back and expect that food will be better next time.

Chiantis is consistently great food, nice atmosphere.

Felt rushed the entire time we were there, service continually circle around our table to either remove plates or ask if we were done. Chianti will not be a choice on our next visit to Saratoga.

Our Valentine's Day Dinner was amazing. The staff could not have been more welcoming and the food was just fabulous! So was their wine selection! Our Valentine's Dinner was magical - a very special memory for us.

Chianti is our favorite restaurant in Saratoga! The food and service are always exceptional! We went on Valentine's Day and felt very safe with respect to the seating. Kevin was an amazing server as always. Can't wait to go back soon!

We had a delightful dinner at Chianti for the Split The Bill promotional event. We were placed in a very comfortable nook. I had the Italiana salad and the Pasta Senesi. My husband had the pork belly appetizer special and Shrimp Gambino. The food was delicious. Service was great.

Chianti's was a great restaurant for my mom's birthday dinner! The food was very good the only thing was my dad's duck was overcooked unfortunately, but other than that the food was delicious! Wait staff (John in particular) was amazing and very attentive. They were always there if you needed something!
