The service was wonderful! Our server Karla was very attentive and was super sweet. Both of the managers acknowledged our table and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall the staff is super caring and kind. The food was delicious too, loved the Apple strudel. I will be coming back again soon!

Outstanding service and quality. We always have a great time at Chima. The tables were distant and sanitized and I appreciated being served so that people did not go up to the salad bar. With the amount of money we paid, I do feel that portions at the salad bar could be larger.

Omg my entire visit from the time we entered to when we exited was absolutely amazing. The customer service was immaculate. The food was perfection! I normally don't eat much red meat but I must say Chima's will be my once a month cheat meal 😋😍👍🏾👍🏾.

Over price for food but service was nice. Constantly interrupted by the meat deliver.

The service was outstanding. Our waitress was extremely nice and checked in on us often. The food was good. If my girlfriend was not Brazilian I would think this is what it's like, but it's not. It has some tweaks to Americanize it. Food wise the meats were good. One of the NY Strips were super spicy, almost unable to eat so spicy, so if you like spicy food get that one.

My husband and I had our first date without our children for the first time in about a year and our experience was excellent. They did a great job with social distancing and still making the experience feel like the ol' days before the pandemic. It was very refreshing and exactly what we needed.

It was a great experience. My friends and I really enjoyed the ambience and meats that were served to us. Friendly staff from the front desk hostesses to the servers and gauchos. Really great and safe COVID precautions were set in place. Special thanks to Mikey, Ben, and Yusef who took care of us all night. 😊 My favorite place to go for a Brazilian Rodizio!

First time I’ve been to Chima’s and they did not disappoint at all, whatsoever. The food was great, the drinks were great, the setting was great. Awesome experience!

This was our first visit and We went there for our wedding anniversary, it was a pleasant experience. The tables are far apart, the restaurant was full but it didn’t seem crowded. The food was delicious, loved the concept of flipping the cards while eating our meals! The stake was yumm and the service was very good. The ambience was also delightful and uplifted our moods. In all i would definitely go back again

Honestly this was the best restaurant I ever been to Philly. And I lived in Philly my whole 23 years of living. Everything was great and I’m looking forward to requesting Nick every time, his service was everything and insightful. He checked on us every time and was just the best.

The food was so good! All the meat was tender and flavorful. Well worth the price and nice clean elegant environment!

The food was good. Service was terrible. Servers were not attentative at all. It took about 30 mins every time to check if we were ok. Took 15 to get to our table once sat, we didn't know how the service worked and he didn't explain until 20 mins later. Not only that the valet left our lights on in our car and didn't know how to shut it off and then our car died. Had to wait 2 hours for our friend to give us a jump. They didn't even have jumper cables to help us. Overall - won't be going back.

We have visited Chima’s numerous times over the past 10 years. This is normally our favorite go to for a special occasion. We knew things would be different because of Covid. But it felt like once we were seated we were forgotten about. There was a 90 minute maximum by which you could dine. It took about 5 minutes for someone to greet us after we were seated. But after they took our drink order and we were finished with our plates for the salad bar, we had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to bring us clean plates so we could begin our main course. Even the rodizio servers were hard to come by. We often had to request for someone to come by with meats. For what we paid for our dinner since it was Valentine’s Day, it was very disappointing.

FIRST TIME DINING THERE AND IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO THERE AGAIN!
