The chicken, halibut and salmon were all fantastic. The octopus and steak tartare appetizers were also both delicious. Julie was our server and provided exceptional service. She was extremely accommodating with our 7 YO daughter's requests. The wine list is so extensive, by far the best around, and the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable. We will visit again and again!

The service & food were flawless - Yolanda was friendly, greeted us at the door & checked on us a few times throughout our meal. Our server was Emmett and he was warm, friendly & very attentive, checking back several times. We had the escargots, salt-cured duck & the filet mignon along with creme brulee for dessert (along with a happy birthday plate for me) and everything was delicious. We will be back in September for another birthday celebration when my mom turns 86. Edwins is amazing and what they do for former inmates warms our hearts.

Due to road construction on 185th Street, restaurant hours are reduced and menu is limited. My husband & I did have delicious meals nevertheless. It was my 80 birthday and we chose to dine at The Standard, one of our favorite restaurants.

As an Opentable VIP and user since the inception of Opentable, I can say this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The French Onion soup was one of the best and my lamb chops were cooked perfectly. My wife had the soup of the day, a great twist on gazpacho. Her mushroom napoleon was spot on as well. Great wine and cocktail list. We will be returning soon.
