    We went up around 5:30pm on a Wednesday for wine tasting and were able to get right up to a spot. However, within 20 minutes the tasting room was packed. We then went to dinner in the dining area. The food quality was excellent and the service attentive.

    Most pleasant dining experience I have ever had. By far the best steak I have eaten and I’ve tried a lot and cook Alot myself. Will be back frequently!

    35 year anniversary. Carolyn was polite and friendly. Served us ea a complimentary glass of champagne. I used one of my bottles of wine w/ our encrusted chicken dinner, which was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

    Have been to Cooper's Hawk many times and it has always been an enjoyable experience. However, this trip I was a little disappointed with my meal. My steak was medium well, not medium rare as I ordered, the potatoes were warm at best and the bacon wrapped shrimp and vegetables were overcooked.

    Out of several entree’s. Unfortunately there were 3 entrees a 1 appetizer the were unavailable at 8:30. That was a new experience for this location. I’m sure there was something unexpected that affected the kitchen. The tough thing for us was that our favorites were all MIA! We got to try something new.

    I eat here often and today was the worst service I have had. We placed our order and after waiting 45 minutes for our entrees, we were told that they burned our Mahi and it was the last they had. We had to reorder an entree. It took another 30 minutes to get our food. Total wait time was 1hour and 15 minutes. We got an apology but that was it. We saw no manager. I was extremely disappointed.

    Came for the corned beef sliders and they didn’t not have any so was very disappointed. Had the corned beef dinner instead and it was good but way over priced. Will not do that again. Three out of four is us had it and felt it was not worth what we paid. Our server, Daniel, did an excellent job and would ask for him again.

    We dine frequently at Coopers Hawk. Have never had a bad meal. Great place to take family and friends. Food and service has always been excellent. We have been members of the wine club for over 5 years.

    One of my favorite restaurants and the bar area has the best service ever. Check out their happy hour specials and I highly recommend joining their wine club if you frequent here often. The brussels are a must!

    Food wasn’t good. Seafood bisque completely disappointing! Full of carrots and croutons. Green beans barely cooked and not a hint of garlic. Chicken with parm lackluster at best!

    We were seated about 30 minutes after arriving on time for our reservation. The manager came over when we sat down and apologized & said the first round was on her. Very unexpected, but that gesture really went a long way! However, the food was just ok. The Brussels weren’t as tasty or plentiful as usual (and they’re $17 freaking bucks!!). The pretzel bread was burnt & my husband’s tenderloin medallions that he ordered medium were well done. The food overall was just ok. Our server was sweet. But she forgot to give us the $15 off for my husband’s birthday. The free round & birthday dessert make up for that! Still one of our favorite places. Just a little off last night.

    Loud, overpriced, and average at best. After arriving a few minutes late for a 7:45 pm dining experience, I was told that said establishment was a little busy and I would have a 15 minute wait. That wait time turned into 40 minutes. While waiting, we’d grabbed what I considered, to be the most bitter tasting moscato, I’d tasted. After finally being seated, we’d quickly ordered an appetizer and entrees. Although our wait time wasn’t ideal, the food taste was average, in comparison to other restaurants where ambiance and price point are similar. My steak wasn’t flavorful and the Betty’s potatoes taste like potatoes that I would find at Cracker Barrel and not an upscale restaurant. Even more, my sautéed spinach also lack flavor, which I am accustomed to creamed spinach, when pairing with a steak. However, I will say that our waiter was nice, and that someone from management was able to make her way over, and apologize about our long wait time. Also, we were offered a complimentary dessert and or gift card for an appetizer.

    I had a 6:45pm reservation and wasn’t seated until 7:30pm. Waiting 45 minutes when you have a reservation is really disappointing and not the quality of service I’d expect. Food and servers were excellent, but would not return on a weekend since their reservations mean little.

    We were 5 minutes late for our 6:00 reservation due to circling the parking lot that was packed. We did not get seated until 6:28. Women at wine tasting table was the kindest of the front room staff eagerly ushering us over to have a taste of wine while we waited to be seated. Waitress was ok. Food was spectacular! Excellent dinners that never disappoint is the reason we keep coming back!

    My fiancé and I went for his birthday and we hadn’t been to the restaurant in about 3-4 years and now I see why. I don’t usually write reviews but I was incredibly flustered with this experience and after spending $160 for food only NO alcohol I must speak on it. First of all, I made a reservation but we still had to wait for our table and unfortunately we had to wait in the wine tasting area which is very loud and crowded which I understand cannot be controlled. We get to our water and soda an are only given one straw so I asked for a straw. The straw did not come so my fiancé went and got one and as soon as he came back with it our waitress brought a straw. Then I was out of water for quite some time so my fiancé went and got me water and as soon as he brought the water the waitress had a large tray of waters for me and another table and I felt bad about that. The waitress then accidentally dropped the entire tray of waters on a guest and broken glass was everywhere. Maybe a bad night for her. Onto the food… We got the shrimp and the pork belly appetizer. The shrimp was decent but not all of them were fully cooked. The pork belly was terrible. My fiancé got the salmon which was delicious to be honest and I got the filet medium with Mary’s potatoes. The filet was very tough to cut and rare and the potatoes we chunky with zero flavor. Best part was the carrot cake, I highly recommend the carrot cake. My fiancé and I go to a lot of high end eateries and this was not it. Overall I do not recommend this place, not worth the money.
