What an amazing restaurant to find! We had the filet empanadas which not only were cooked to perfection but absolutely delicious. My husband & I split the 24 oz Ribeye, temp wise cooked perfectly, very juicy full of flavor and melted in our mouthes. He had the asparagus that he loved and I had the fluffiest amazingly tasting mashed potatoes. Overall the food was PERFECT. We had the nicest Waiter who if I remember correctly his name was Erik, apologies if I didn't get his name correct but I was truly swept up in the food. We will be back the next time we go to PR.

We had a wonderful experience at El Asador during our trip to Puerto Rico! The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed getting to experience the local dining scene in San Juan. It was a great addition to our trip, and we appreciate all the hard work that goes into making guests feel welcome and providing a great meal. We had a great server, Mya. She was attentive, on top of every detail. We ordered to share and we liked it. We had cod Bolihnos, ceviche, chicken skewer, and pan de queiso. All good!
