$$$$Price: Very Expensive • Steakhouse • I Drive / Sand Lake
From the moment we stepped into this gem of a restaurant, we knew we were in for something special. Every course was a masterpiece, but what truly set this experience apart was the attention to detail, and the flawless execution by the kitchen and staff alike.
We started with the blue crab beignets and tuna crudo, and both were absolute standouts.
For our mains, the bar only got higher. The scallops were seared to golden perfection and the four pepper filet mignon was a showstopper: perfectly cooked, bursting with bold, peppery flavor while remaining incredibly tender. And the yellowedge grouper was exquisite!
Dessert was a celebration in itself. The carrot cake was moist and richly spiced, the ube cheesecake was creamy, subtly sweet. But the highlight was the Mother’s Day pavlova, a special creation of raspberry cream, lychee, and rose ice cream that felt like a floral, fruity dream—delicate yet indulgent.
Every element of the meal felt thoughtful, intentional, and artfully crafted. The service was warm and attentive, the ambiance elegant without being stuffy, and the entire experience one we will be talking about for a long time. This restaurant isn’t just serving food—it’s creating memories. Highly, highly recommended.
