We had afternoon tea for our Anniversary. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very attentive and engaged in conversation. They were very friendly and did everything they could to make sure our occasion was perfect. The food was beautiful too and plenty of it. I would highly recommend as the surroundings and grounds were beautiful for a walk round. Also to walk into Amberley village was very relaxing.

We dined on Friday September 28th, very warm welcome from the Barman who took us to the lounge area and took our drinks order. A Waitress then brought us the menus, we chose Calamari for starters, I had the beef and lamb pie with mash and veg, my Wife had the catch of the day which came with potatoes and veg. The food was very well presented and extremely good, we were looked after by a very good young waitress who in conversation told us it was her first shift, that was a surprise because she was so good, she will do well in life. The whole occasion which was our 61st Wedding Anniversary was amazing.

A relaxing and enjoyable Sunday lunch. All of the staff were very friendly, and went out of their way to make for a very enjoyable lunch. It was our first time dining and based on the quality of ingredients, and care they clearly went into preparing and presenting lunch so well, we will definitely return.
