I.d. was a fantastic place to have dinner! The restaurant and bar are beautiful. The host (hostess) greeted me immediately and my table was ready for me. The drink and menu selection had something for everyone, and was all delicious! Our server was so helpful with answering questions about drinks and menu items - and was super attentive. We had a great time and hope to be back!

Such a lovely lunch with friends on the patio. Our server was patient, efficient, and helpful. Other staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was good and plentiful. We were grateful that because the lunch crowd was over, we were able to sit at the table and chat into the afternoon without feeling rushed. Thank you for a glorious afternoon.

This was our 1st time at the Concourse. What little we saw was beautiful. The Ballroom was wonderful. The flow and amount of people was somehow very well planned. It was never too loud. We could talk with each other comfortably. Very pleasant atmosphere. There were never any long lines waiting to get food. The service, from the moment we entered for the Mother's Day event, was phenomenal. We had great service at our table. No one hovered over or around us. They gave just the right amount of attention. Very kind and helpfull staff were always  available to help, cheerfully. Good job everyone. And the food-my three kids and I were all impressed, and very satisfied with the choices and quality of different foods. It was a delicious spread. I couldn't try everything. But, I filled up on all the things I love for breakfast - my favorite meal of the day. It was a fantastic experience all the way around. I would gladly come for this special Mother's Day Brunch again. Thank you, Concourse Hotel event greeters, servers, chefs, photo taker, and whoever I forgot, for giving me a Mother's Day I will never forget. 😊🌹

Exceptional service, especially for a busy Valentine’s Day evening. Knowledgeable staff, upscale but inviting. Sexy and cool atmosphere

What they do, they do really well! It's an arcade and a Sports Bar, so of course there is a lot going on! A little pricey, good food, not great, but service and efficiency is top notch.
