Best Barbecue Restaurants in Miramar, Fort Lauderdale

Wow! What a fabulous experience. My wife and I enjoyed every aspect. Jose and his team were attentive but not overly so. The scallop nigiri was a treat. The sausage stuffed one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. The salmon crispy rice is not to be missed and the oyster mushrooms an extremely pleasant surprise. We will be back.

Been passing by this establishment for quite a few years, wondering what it was all about. Finally made the effort to check it out and see. My dining companion and I were immediately taken with the relaxed casual environment of the outdoor dining space - although it could use a little "softening and warmth" , however it did give a feeling as if we were on a ranch outside of Miami. Totally appreciated the process of reviewing the short video illustrating the upper Florida ranch that held the cattle that supplied the Wagyu for the restaurant. Equally, the process of selecting the cut of meat that would be prepared at our desired temperature was an education by Juan, the meat-master. The steaks were delivered at perfect temperature to our table minutes later by Juan # 2, our efficient and friendly server. The experience was pleasant and relaxing. We will definitely be back again another time to try alternate cuts and temperatures of the Wagyeria beef offerings.
