Best Beer Gardens in Dalston

Quite probably the best food I have eaten in my life. I explained this to the staff last night too! I made the trip over after a 14 hour work day, exhausted, just wanting a sit down and simple vegan meal. But instead got some of the best food I've ever eaten, most delicious cocktails and absolutely wonderful staff. I was on my own, but was seated quickly, dealt with like I was important and a friend and never felt out of place. I got the pickle plate (hot bread, whipped butter and pickled veg) - absolutely phenomenal, especially the whipped butter. Wow. The honey chik'n kimchi burger thing, which was crunchy, tasty, packed full of filling (mushrooms!) and actually quite spicy, and came with a side of chips. So good. Thank you everyone who I spoke to.

Good value steak n frites £15 went at 5.30 no one else in dining room left around 6.45 and still very quiet.

We had a Sunday Roast each here for the first time, all the roast came on one large platter, so we shared everything between us, not sure if this is normal but as Staff needed to rush off to catch a flight for a trip they may of done this for convenience reasons but this was not a problem for us at all, The Sirloin Beef I had was succulent and the Pork Belly was so delicious too, loved the yorkshires but all the trimmings were cooked to perfection an enjoyable delicious roast had by both of us. A little expensive with the service charge but worth it for a treat now and again and a little noisy in the main area but an energetic vibe Thank you
