Best Breakfast Restaurants in Coquitlam

As always, Maxine’s brunch was delicious. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars! Atmosphere is very welcoming, with comfortable seating indoors, outside and also on their covered patio. Service is excellent; Hugh and Hailey are attentive, great and keep things moving smoothly even when it gets a bit busy. Our favorite Maxine’s brunch items are their Eggs Benedict (bennies), Potato Rosti and Maxine’s Breakfast. Maxine’s Bacon Rosti is a savory, perfectly executed twist on a classic Benedict. Add a side of avocado and it is perfection! Whenever we visit Vancouver, BC we make multiple reservations for Maxine’s and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend!

First time we’ve been here. Fabulous experience. We will be going back.

Our family went for a birthday lunch. It was my first time there. Everything from ambiance to service to food to value was 100%. We all enjoyed our meals and the quietness of the restaurant. Will be going back often.

First time on the Patio (there were two groups inside that would have made our own conversations difficult to hear so we decided on patio which was just right). Our Servers were all excellent - very pleasant and accommodating. Our lunch choices were delicious; our only negative is the size of drinking cups for tea and coffee are too wide and beverages cool off way too quickly. Our server did provide glass cups when we commented but not keen on that either; perhaps ceramic mugs for coffee and lighter cups for tea - otherwise a really enjoyable lunch; thanks to the Kitchen staff as well as front of the house staff.

Our service was very good. We chose a quiet time of day, so it wasn’t too busy. It’s a great place to go and we will go there again.
