- AAMBERMississippi •1 review5.0Dined on 15 June 2026I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Copper Creek Restaurant in Plano. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The made-to-order waffles and omelet were absolutely delicious, and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked with fresh fruit, oatmeal, Danish pastries, breakfast meats, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and many other options. Everything was fresh and plentiful. A special thank you to Meron, who truly went above and beyond. She has a fantastic personality, made great conversation, and her recommendations were spot on. Her outstanding customer service made an already great experience even better. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and will definitely be returning.
