Food and service was spectacular! The only complaint is that there could have been more attention paid to the bathroom which didn't smell that fresh and there were no toilet set covers available.

My family and I had such an amazing time at D&B this weekend. The facility was packed from wall to wall so we were extremely happy that we made reservations prior to. Destiny was our server and and she provided exceptional service. From the conversation to the quick delivery of our food orders. I want to take a second to commend the kitchen staff because the food was outstanding Saturday. Too notch service all around. My only gripe is that there wasn't many staff members on the floor when the machines were going rogue stealing our coins, and children were standing/ climbing on equipment. Maybe think about adding a guard or two to walk around and keep things in order. Other than that, we can't wait to come back next weekend.

My friends and I love this place. Two of my friends typically always come here before day games at Petco park and I join them every once in a while. I’ve never ordered anything I don’t like here. Everything has great flavor. The Mac n cheese is delicious. The only complaint over ever had food wise was that the chilaquiles didn’t stay crunchy, but they did have good flavor! Benny was our server and he was super nice and attentive. We had an overall great experience here, and we’ll be back for hopefully a lot of October baseball and future seasons!

Henry was our server and he was amazing . He gave us the best suggestions for the flight beer tastings and was quick and very polite. I will definitely return to Tap Room due to the great experience Henry gave us for my dad’s 81st birthday. The food was great , coming back soon .

Was a good night, was seated down quickly. The staff was nice and chill they made sure to ask what sport we wanted to watch and made sure tv near us was set to that. The food was fine! For bar food- the noise was ok- for what a bar is, but I didn’t feel I needed to scream… overall it was a fine night. I would go back

First (and not the last) time at Hamburger Factory! Our server was fabulous! My husband was unsure about the chili and he was offered a sample and it was delicious. He got the Bandit Burger and I got the Californian salad. Service was great! We will be returning.
