We love the quiet of this room and the staff are always accommodating of our requests. The room is now a little more aesthetically pleasing with panels on the wall however, it really NEEDS some greenery ( can be real or artificial ) to give the room more character. The staff need to turn on the heating to warm the room in winter BEFORE a group arrives. That would be most appreciated.
