- PPeterGoldSan Francisco Bay Area •139 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was a VERY pleasant surprise! We'd never been to Rich Table and had no idea what kind of a restaurant we were headed to. The appetizers were so good we had some of each and barely had room for an entre. Excellent evening and one to be repeated.More infoRich Table$$$$• Californian• Western Addition•4.8

Definitely recommend sitting at the counter for the immersive experience of seeing all the food expertly prepared. So fun with the trays of food going round, you didn't know what was coming up but a beautifully designed menu to cater to different tastes. Loved it.More infoState Bird Provisions$$$$• Californian• Western Addition•4.7
- SShellyGoldLos Angeles •33 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoDinner at Niku Steakhouse was such a great experience. The host was wonderful—prompt, welcoming, and responsive. Service started a little slowly before I was initially attended to, but once my server took over, everything flowed beautifully. They were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each course in depth. The food was excellent, and the pacing was appropriate—I just happen to eat quickly, so I personally prefer my courses to arrive a little faster! The cocktail was gorgeous, incredibly smooth, and dangerously easy to drink. My surprise favorite was the amuse-bouche, followed closely by the pasta with pickled mushrooms. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the mushrooms, but the dish was absolutely amazing. Less favorite was the halibut crudo, and of course, the Wagyu was superb. I’m already planning a return visit—especially because I need to save room for dessert next time!More infoNiku Steakhouse$$$$• Steakhouse• SOMA•4.7
