Best Cocktail Bars in Tolar

It was out first time, and what an experience! At first, we weren’t too happy that the only table available was at 5 PM, but later we understood why. The restaurant gets pretty busy, and reservations are definitely a must. The building itself is historic, and you can really see the evolution of the place. Garage parking is available in the back of the property, but they also offer complimentary valet parking, which is a nice touch. The restaurant is divided into two sections, “Heaven” and “Hell,” with one being brighter and more brightly lit than the other. We were seated in Heaven, and honestly, it really did feel like our entire experience was in heaven. Justin took care of us and did an excellent job explaining the menu. We started with the Prime Beef Carpaccio with horseradish and Calabrian chili, followed by the Beets and Burrata with kumquats and rosemary cashew. For our entrée, we ordered the 12 oz. Texas Wagyu New York Strip with Sauce au Poivre, accompanied by roasted broccolini. We finished with the Passionfruit Entremet with pistachio and coconut, along with freshly brewed coffee. Everything was incredibly savory, with a great balance of flavors and textures. Each course felt thoughtfully prepared, and nothing overwhelmed the other ingredients. From the music and décor to the service and, of course, the food, you can tell they go the extra mile when it comes to the details. Every part of the experience felt intentional and well executed. Our entire experience was phenomenal. Definitely coming back! Well done!

Lunch (celebrating a friend’s birthday) was an absolute treat! ✨ From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. And Brandon, our server, was incredible. His recommendations were spot-on, and his energy made the whole lunch feel like a celebration rather than just a meal. The food was absolutely delicious! Must have the tiramisu - it’s original and the best we have had. And the restaurant itself? Gorgeous. If you're in Dallas, do yourself a favor and go. Ask for Brandon! 🍽️

12 out of 10 stars! Everything from the atmosphere to the service to the drinks and food was amazing! One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I went for our honeymoon dinner and they treated us like VIPs. Best steak I’ve ever had at a restaurant!

Not only so cute and unique- prices were great for the MOST amazing food! Drinks were amazing, appetizers a must, entrees amazing! The staff were so kind and attentive!

We ended up being an hour later than expected due to a flight delay, and they held our table on a busy night. 10/10 spot! The food was great, and the ambiance was even better!
