Best Contemporary American Restaurants in M Resort

Absolutely perfect!! Ambience, food, service, everything was amazing!! Not enough stars to rate this place!! Best shrimp cocktail I’ve ever eaten, the salmon was like a tastebud party with every bite!! Simply the best!! Don’t even get me started on the bread!!!! Holy smokes!! Some kind of next level of food!!! Loved everything about this entire experience!!

This was our first visit and the entire experience was amazing. The food was delicious and John our server was absolutely top notch! John was outstanding the entire time we were there. We will definitely make Hell’s Kitchen our regular stop when we are in Las Vegas. Cheers!

Beauty & Essex delivers on the speakeasy vibe. Our server was excellent and he helped us to make some great choices for drinks and food. Friends of ours highly recommended this place because of the tomato soup and grilled cheese wontons which were absolutely amazing the ambience service and food. Combine together for an excellent evening and experience for me and my wife. Because I told them we were there celebrating our anniversary. Our waiter brought us out a small dessert with the chocolate medallion that said happy anniversary, which was just an excellent way to end the perfect experience.

I came to Meril last night and again tonight. Alessandra greeted me kindly and pointed me toward the bar, where seating is open. Last night I had the shrimp tacos and the po’boy special. I forgot to take pictures, but the food and service were so good that I had to come back tonight. I started the first evening with an excellent Old Fashioned made by the bartenders. Tonight I stuck with beer; they have a solid selection of draft and bottled options. Tonight’s Cajun chicken Alfredo was a special that wasn’t on the regular menu, and I finished with the banana cream pie. Everything was delicious. Joe, Ray, and I believe Antonio were phenomenal behind the bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, and the staff made both visits a pleasure. I can see this becoming my Monday Night Football hangout spot!
