We had an amazing dining experience at 1928 Rowes Wharf. it was a great lively ambience, the food was spectacular and our waiter was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to Boston!!

Love this restaurant! We have never had a bad meal. Last night was particularly amazing for everyone in our party. The short ribs were incredible. The swordfish was perfect in flavor and texture with a magnificent sauce. As usual, the scallops were amazing.

This was our first time at Puritan and Co., and we had a great experience with the seasonal tasting menu and wine pairing. All five courses were delicious, and we enjoyed learning about the locally sourced ingredients - shout out to the farm in Groton! Our first course, the tomato salad with lemon mascarpone and pickled strawberries, was divine; the gnocchi, scallops, duck confit and dessert were equally tasty. Our server was very nice, and the drinks and food came with good timing. We loved the value of the tasting menu and will certainly return in the future to see how the menu evolves as the seasons change.

We were early for our reservation and we got in early even the restaurant was packed! Very nice and quaint. In a nice neighborhood. We had the Thursday specials and they were all fantastic! My husband and I split the sausage dish and it was very high quality sausage and tasted fantastic!! Highly recommend!

Stiven was a phenomenal waiter. Attentive and available. Very communicative. Bakery basket was great, Lattes delicious. Food was cooked well. Loved it! We enjoyed the huevos rancheros which had a nice spice and avocado toast which included a lot of different seeds which added a nice crunch to offset the creaminess of the avocado. Would recommend!

We had dinner on 4th Oct and had a wonderful overall experience. The waitstaff were extremely attentive, service was quick and oh my goodness the flat-iron steak was incredible. Cooked to perfection and served beautifully. I would recommend asking for the peppercorn sauce on the side. We also had clam chowder and brown butter cornbread which were both excellent. Would highly recommend a visit to Stephanie’s.

    Love the gluten free menu. They have GF items I can’t normally get when I go out. I like there is lots of space on the bar area, as well, with casual atmosphere.

    Watching the chefs work their magic in the open kitchen was a real treat. The food was exceptional. The freshest basil on the margherita flatbread. The part that struck me was the bold and inventive combination of flavors. A mole sauce on the most tender short rib. The tomatillo sauce with the chili lime taijin fries (no need for ketchup on those) with a perfectly cooked to order filet. A fantastic bottle of rioja. Wait staff attentive but never rushing. An outstanding experience.
