Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Vermilion

We totally enjoyed our dining experience. The view was spectacular, the service was over the top and our dinner was exceptional. Our server made a great wine recommendation and was very attentive throughout the evening. It was a special occasion (45th wedding anniversary) and we couldn't have selected a better restaurant to indulge in one of our favorite menu items. The bouillabaisse was superb.

Great Food and great service . For my mother’s second birthday celebration. And I thought I had made a reservation for six and turned out. I had made a reservation for two and the hostess could not have been more kind and helpful and found this a table within five minutes of waiting they really went above and beyond highly recommend

Summer Place is a great place with great food and beautiful views of the lake and skyline. Our server was so knowledgeable about the food and cocktails and paid attention to details, even asking us if we had any food allergies prior to ordering. Overall it's a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend.

The excellence and customer service of the bartender and weight staff is exceptional… My girlfriend’s and I sat at the bar for happy hour and then when we wanted to move to a table mid through ordering our dinner, the bartender was so accommodating and polite and really put our needs first!! We will definitely be back💜

We sat at the bar and Carl the bartender was awesome!! Great personality, friendly and knew the specials inside and out. We had 2 of the steak specials and they were amazing as were the appetizers and the deserts. A definite MUST try..you will definitely go back!!!
