If you’re looking for the best authentic Chinese restaurant in Birmingham, then please look no further! Everything is outstanding here! I mean, everything! From the drinks, to the food, to the decor, to the service! Today my sister came from Manchester for my Birthday! She travelled such a long way and was delayed which resulted in us getting there late to Lulu Wild. They still accomodated us. The lady on the phone to my sister was lovely, kind, gorgeous and reassuring. I was really stressed due to being late as I wanted me and my sister to attend but she put us at ease. Thank you so much! The restaurant manager Alex, is the best restaurant manager I’ve ever met. She is second to none, she really makes the experience a memorable one. She’s lovely, friendly, beautiful and makes Lulu Wild an even better place! She brings the vibes, the energy and creates such an amazing atmosphere for the customers. It really wouldn’t be the same without her! Thank you so much Alex! I really appreciated everything that you did, even bringing the small birthday celebration ice cream at the end! Love the concept of no menu….you turn up not knowing exactly what you’re going to get until it arrives in front of you, and what got put in front of me certainly didn’t disappoint! The food on the tasting menu was fantastic, and in particular the bread and soup were amazing. Drinks were great too, and I genuinely think their take on a Pina Colada is one of the best I’ve tasted. Looking forward to coming back and being surprised again by what turns up in front of me! A great night at a great restaurant.
