Uncle is suited to Colorado; it's a gold mine. We usually get the duck ramen with a spice bomb. The appetizer buns are a 10, especially the crab but pork (?) not such. A bit tough and slides out of the whole bun in one bite. Service is always polite and spectacular. We go religiously to Uncle when we want Ramen and we live near Longmont, a good hour away.
