Excellent experience overall and the food was fantastic. Much better than many of the more well known restaurants in Mayfair and for the level of food reasonably priced. Also, staff were very helpful and friendly, especially our Waitress!

Our afternoon tea was beautiful and unexpected and utterly magical. The food was delicious and imaginative. The room, which is essentially a basement, was fresh and airy and magnificently decorated. Something fun or sumptuous wherever we looked. The conversation biscuits were an innovation. We are already planning afternoon teas at Kai for the rest of the year.
