❤️ True Wild Distillery 🔥 — hands down an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated to exceptional service all evening. We kicked things off with a few Betty White’s and a Classic Old Fashioned, all beautifully crafted and the perfect start to the night. For appetizers, we enjoyed the Beef Tartare and Mushroom Toast. The mushroom toast wasn't something we wouldn’t have ordered on our own, but it came highly recommended by our server and absolutely stole the show. The tartare was equally impressive, packed with flavor and enjoyed down to the very last bite. Next came the Baked Oysters, which were simply incredible, alongside sourdough bread with whipped butter that was impossible to resist. For mains, the Crispy Trout was perfectly prepared, while the lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The broccoli and bib lettuce salads rounded out the meal beautifully and were delicious in their own right. Cocktails continued to impress with a bourbon-forward creation and a perfectly executed dirty martini. To finish, we indulged in the house-made ice cream, rich chocolate ganache, and peanut brittle pie — each one absolutely mouthwatering. Paired with an espresso martini and espresso caffè, it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening. I always love dining here. Fantastic food and they make the most delicious vegetable dishes. For this visit, we had lots of food requests for food intolerances and preferences and had a 6 year old with us, who spilled his drink. Our server Brad was excellent in handling it all and I made sure to leave the highest percentage for a tip as a thank you. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful menu, exceptional service, and perfectly prepared food. The care and attention to quality were evident in every detail and greatly appreciated. We especially enjoyed the oysters with caviar and the scallops with pork belly. Can’t wait to go back.
