My husband and I enjoyed our lunch there thoroughly. The restaurant is in a beautifully decorated historic building reminding us of the 11 Madison in New York. We ordered two glasses of champagne to kick off the anniversary meal. The seafood platter offered fresh shrimp, oyster, and caviar with chips. My husband enjoyed the French onion soup and my omelette was tasty, fluffy, and pleasingly presented. I’d have preferred perhaps thin cracker to the slightly oily potato chips for the caviar. The cushioned chairs could use a bit better support for the seat and back. We look forward to going back to Cafe Riggs soon.

The food was delicious, with interesting, unique flavors that worked really well together. Kudos to the Chef! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that our empty appetizer plates weren’t cleared before the main dishes arrived. Since the table is small, clearing them beforehand would have made the experience more comfortable. Overall, a great meal!

We have never been to the Ritz Carlton in DC so decided to eat at the Quadrant after a show we saw at the hotel. The ambiance was lovely and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious. It was a little pricey but we were not shocked as after all it is in the Ritz Carlton in Washington DC. Overall a great place to eat.
