We no longer live in the DMV but whenever we return to the area, Et Voila is a must. Last night was as perfect as ever. Wonderful service, excellent wine at a good price - a Bordeaux blend and a white burgundy were our choices. My husband loved the mussels and I ordered the beef bourguignon. That was the best beef bourguignon I have ever had. The meat was so tender. The vegetables were cooked perfectly but the sauce was particularly spectacular. It was earthy and complex. I wish I knew the ingredients. It was divine! Love Et Voila.

Nice new neighborhood place! It's very casual with friendly service. Small menu but very good food. I got the steak frites, which was very good. (If you want medium rare you might want to ask for medium.) The gougeres are large and excellent. The Hugo Spritz was great too. I'll be back.
