Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Chambersburg

first time there and loved it - service was great - food was incredible And so rich i wound i up having a lot to take home will go again

Tonight is our 25th wedding anniversary, so we wanted to try someplace new for us. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation, but we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. We liked the size of the table for two - plenty of room for dishes and glasses, etc. We ordered the appetizer special, Shrimp & Calamari Fra Diavola. I was thrilled they had calamari without breading! The appetizer was scrumptious. For dinner I ordered the Ragu Napolitano and my husband ordered the Zuppa di Pesche. Plenty of food served (I took half of mine home!) Again, it was all delicious (we sampled each other’s meals.) The seats were comfortable enough, but after an hour of sitting on them, I truly wished we were sitting on the cushiony wall bench across the way. Our waitress, Kaya, was very friendly, professional and attentive. She came back frequently to see if we needed anything throughout our time there. It was a bit pricey, but the quality of the food made it worth it. Definitely a wonderful restaurant with the Italian ambiance and music playing. I recommend, especially for special occasions.

From when we walked in the door we felt welcomed, The service was amazing and the food was point on, SO MUCH Food even my husband had to take some of his meal along For left overs, dessert had just been prepared in house and was SOOOO Good. This was our 3rd visit but not our last. Blessings, The Foster’s
