    Excellent Italian food! The portions are large. The bread is out of this world! So with salad, bread, appetizer, entree, and cappuccino we couldn’t finish our food but it was all amazing! Out of all the places we ate on the strip, this was our fav!

    Tatiana was an incredible server and helped us pick the shareable choices from the menu. The mixed salad and portobello parmigiano were excellent! The pasta fra Diablo was the best meal we had in the past month! We will go back to carmine’s over and over! Thank you Tatiana for your excellent menu suggestions and service!

    I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, however we were not disappointed at all. We honestly couldn’t fault anything. The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding. We had the fillet steak and carbonara, both of which were cooked perfectly. We decided not to go for a starter as we didn’t want to overface ourselves, but we soon became very jealous of all the amazing options coming past our table! The portion sizes were perfect, and we also had dessert, which was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere was very cool and it was a great place to enjoy some amazing food. After eating at some of the other local restaurants, we felt this was worth every penny. We would definitely recommend and would happily return.
