When it comes to certain Black food like cornbread, and greens, you always approach it with a lil skepticism, like “hmm let me see if you really know how to cook this” lol. But they nailed it. Over and over again. From the cornbread, to the greens, to the catfish, to the short ribs, down to the gumbo…every single dish was finger licking good. Man oh man. The entire experience was amazing! Had an opportunity to engage with one of the owners who ensured top notch service. This was hands down one of the best places that I've visited thus far this year.
