Best clam chowder on the planet! And I love that I can get a bowl of gumbo now. The portion sizes are huge!

We love the delicious food, ambience and friendly greetings that make us feel like we’re home. Jaime is the best server ever.

What a lovely experience. The service was wonderful !!! Our group of six enjoyed the cocktails (jalapeño business🤣 and the manhattans 🤩) our meals were exceptional. We were able to have conversation at our table so not too loud. Menu had something for everyone - we had a picky eater in our group and even she was pleased. Enjoyable experience all around and the staff was really great

I came to Meril last night and again tonight. Alessandra greeted me kindly and pointed me toward the bar, where seating is open. Last night I had the shrimp tacos and the po’boy special. I forgot to take pictures, but the food and service were so good that I had to come back tonight. I started the first evening with an excellent Old Fashioned made by the bartenders. Tonight I stuck with beer; they have a solid selection of draft and bottled options. Tonight’s Cajun chicken Alfredo was a special that wasn’t on the regular menu, and I finished with the banana cream pie. Everything was delicious. Joe, Ray, and I believe Antonio were phenomenal behind the bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, and the staff made both visits a pleasure. I can see this becoming my Monday Night Football hangout spot!

Enjoyed our dinner with a house wine and sangria while we dined on a Seafood Pan Roast. Quite busy on a Sunday night with football games on the TV and a waiter down. Sherri is the best waitress ever!
