Great food, dog friendly and vegan friendly. Staff attentive and helpful. The vegan roast was an absolute delight, well done Chef.

So good to see this pub re-open after many years of closure/neglect. I can see why they changed the name from the Bell to the Stag, as the last years of the Bell meant it was no surprise when it closed. The building has been tastefully refurbished, landlord and staff are friendly and efficient and they clearly have a competent chef. Choice and quality of food both excellent.

The seven-course tasting menu was simply divine. Over the course of two hours, we were treated to a succession of culinary delights, each dish thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. Every course was brought to the table with care and expertly explained by an attentive waiter whose knowledge and enthusiasm enhanced the experience. Each plate offered a wonderful balance of flavours, textures, and creativity, making every course a delight on the palate. From the first bite to the last, the meal showcased exceptional skill and attention to detail. Morston Hall is far more than just a restaurant; it is a complete dining experience. Having heard so much about it beforehand, expectations were high, yet it still managed to exceed them. It fully lived up to the hype and provided an unforgettable evening of outstanding food, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality.
