What an excellent new addition to the Fairmont Windsor. This renovated restaurant is lovely, spacious, stylish with a friendly service team and an interesting menu with very good execution of the food. We ordered some scallops and tuna tartar starters which were both lovely and well executed. The duck breast was beautiful and perfectly made whilst my grilled tiger prawns were large and deliciously grilled. Really enjoyed our meal there - it was a quieter Sunday night, but the atmosphere was really lovely and felt well elevated against its predecessor restaurant here. Next time we will sit right in front of the food service stations as I love watching the teams prep the dishes and they have 3 stations in the open kitchen. Well recommended for a nice date night, when you need some elevated dishes to tickle your palate or when you just want to have a nice evening out with friends.

Absolutely outstanding quality of food. Loved every dish we tried. We had 2 types of wings. Both excellent. We had Butter Chicken curry, lasagna, GFC burger with dirty fries and Chicken Caesar salad. We some beers and a bottle of red followed by espresso martinis. The strawberry milkshake was gorgeous. It’s worth having a layover in Heathrow just to come here.
