We went here for my husband surprise bday dinner. We didn’t know what to expect cause it was a mix of good and semi good reviews. In my opinion,I can tell you the food was great! I love the yiayia home type experience. I am not Greek but my friends are and the food was great. We literally had 12 people and everyone said it was amazing! The pita bread and the tarramaaaa 10/10 the lamb, the salad, everything and the owner was so nice even gave us shots at the end! Just because! So defs recommend - thanks to the staff they were fun, vibey to the point we got there at 7.30 and left when they closed. it really did feel like having dinner at someone’s house.

We had dinner at Chez Crix last Friday night. The food was great, and the service, while hardly polished, was friendly with a real desire to please. There was a small issue in the kitchen, with our main courses delayed. It was of no concern to us, but the Manager was incredibly apologetic, and "comp"d" our drinks without telling us! Probably not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place for a romantic chat, but I would happily revist....in fact I am sure I will!

Great food as before, we got the moreton bay bug with somked tomato again, very yummy sauce. The line caught snapper was a highlight, very fresh very delicious. Prawn crumpets also excellent. Will return.

Authentic Polish food that was absolutely delicious. This was our second visit and we will be back again. We really enjoyed the home made Polish vodka, Mad Dog cocktail and the pierogi were next level all served by the very amiable and amusing Jan. A fantastic and welcoming host. Highly recommended if you are looking for the real deal. See you again soon Jan xx

    From the moment you walk in, you’re impressed by the beautiful space. Minimalist yet sexy, with such a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was spot on from start to finish. An absolute gem and a solid 10/10! Can’t wait to go back!
