Service: impeccable - a delightful waitress engaged with us, she had expert knowledge about the food, the ingredients, the way it’s cooked, service was flawless, all 6 dishes delivered timely and perfect temperature. Ambience: special, quality, genuine, quaint. I’ve been to Bournes twice this month and it was just as perfect as the first time. And it all feels very genuine in there, not a performance, you can feel a good staff vibe in there and it resonates out. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was exceptional. A special mention has to go to Arber, who was absolutely brilliant. He treated us so well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. His hospitality, attention to detail and genuinely friendly attitude made the whole visit even more special. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in looking after their customers, and Arber really made us feel valued and welcome. We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
