Best French American Restaurants in Hillsboro

Foodie Heaven!! We loved the whole experience. We sat at the kitchen viewing bar and that made it extra special. The wine was delicious. The duck stack was over the top amazing, and it was an overall enjoyable dinner, and perhaps the highlight of our vacation.

Le Pigeon has a tasting menu format but they were incredibly accommodating- allowing a course swap between the omnivore and vegetarian menus, for example. That kind of flexibility showed through the service - impeccable,calm, and warm. What a treat to finally dine there - kudos to the spoonbread and sturgeon pastrami courses!

Always a fantastic experience at Canard! We had the pleasure of Brooks serving us and he made our evening absolutely incredible! He is definitely a valuable employee. Can’t wait to go back! Again and again and again. Definitely my favorite restaurant in PDX! So happy to have the Beaverton location.

It was the perfect night to sit outside and enjoy a glass of white Pinot Noir and some perfectly cooked salmon I got checked on by three different staff members to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and my guest had a wonderful experience for his first visit to the winery
