Best French Restaurants in Thomas Square

From the initial entry to the restaurant, we were awestruck. The first thing you see is the bakery/shop area with quaint antique accents. The bakery items are worth a pause to appreciate (cakes, gourmet cookies and more) behind glass cases. The menu selection for dinner was quality choices. We shared the cheese, bread and fruit board—delicious! This was perfect for the four of us. We all ordered different entrees and were very happy with our choices. The ambiance was perfect to have a leisurely meal and conversation. Service was excellent. Cant wait to try the lunch menu with a glass of wine, of course!

There are a number of good restaurants on HHI, but we feel Charlie’s is the best. Great service, ambiance and most of all, fantastic food. We make it a point to eat at Charlie’s whenever we visit Hilton Head. We’ve never been disappointed.

We enjoyed another wonderful meal at Alfred’s. We each had one of their specials, the halibut and the pork; both were excellent. Service is always great… friendly, professional, mindful..,even when they are packed. When we visit Hilton Head, this is one of our go-to restaurants because we know it never disappoints.
