My wife and I live in New Orleans and are big foodies and have been to several Michelin star restaurants. I can see why they received theirs in 4 months of opening. From being greeted by the hostess to leaving and having the door opened on the way out, everything was exceptional. Very detailed with everything and they made us feel special just for eating there. Service was impeccable (cheers to Libby and everyone who supported service at our table). Food is outstanding. We came with family who were visiting from New Jersey and they were blown away. Everything we had was sublime: Vietnamese rice cake, squash blossom tempura, stuffed leeks, branzino, kimchi and fried gras dumplings, shaking beef, garlic noodles, dirty rice, and pannacotta for dessert. Not sure why this restaurant doesn't already have a Michelin Star.
