We went with the Omakase and wine pairing—do not skip this. The scallops and the lamb were incredible, and the rich dessert was indulgent in the best way possible. The service stood out because it was well-spaced; we never felt rushed, and the staff read the room perfectly, letting us take our time to enjoy the experience. It’s rare to find a place this good open on a Sunday, but they are! This was easily the best meal we had during our time in Seattle. We happened to come between 5-6, which meant we had serval menus available between happy hour, a 3 course tasting menu and the regular dinner menu. I was greeted and seated immediately upon arriving; my server, Becky, was friendly, helpful, and efficient in the midst of a hectic Friday evening. The food courses and the “house bubbles” were delicious and served up in a timely manner; Becky even had the server’s “second sense” that I needed to get to the Emerald City Music concert (next door) in time for the pre-concert chat with the musicians.
