Best French Restaurants in Hillside

I cannot begin to explain how incredible our dining experience was last night. It was my birthday and I wanted it to be special, but it blew out beyond my top expectations and then some! I can honestly say, this was the best restaurant experience I have ever had in Australia. The food was astounding, the service extraordinary and all up….simply and utterly total perfection! We had crepes and they were outstanding. Service was basic (go the counter to order and pay, no table service), servers were blant but friendly. The decor inside was gorgeous. Would recommend for a quick morning or afternoon tea spot!

Marvellous experience. This was our third time as guests at Marlin and once again the quality, creativity and gastronomic excellence of the food was outstanding. The wine matching was first rate and really brought out the essence of the dishes. The service was excellent, and the ambience was delightful. Small, intimate, with excellent decor, crockery and glassware.

This charming spot is delightful and worth the splurge for its exquisite flavours. The attentive servers were very helpful when I asked for a sweet cocktail, which made for a memorable experience. With a try!
