Best Global Restaurants in Mandalay Bay Resort

Always have had a great experience at Momofuku! We love to sit at the chef’s counter and watch them as they work. And our Filipino server and the chefs really took care of us last night and provided us with a truly memorable experience. Thank you.

I came to Meril last night and again tonight. Alessandra greeted me kindly and pointed me toward the bar, where seating is open. Last night I had the shrimp tacos and the po’boy special. I forgot to take pictures, but the food and service were so good that I had to come back tonight. I started the first evening with an excellent Old Fashioned made by the bartenders. Tonight I stuck with beer; they have a solid selection of draft and bottled options. Tonight’s Cajun chicken Alfredo was a special that wasn’t on the regular menu, and I finished with the banana cream pie. Everything was delicious. Joe, Ray, and I believe Antonio were phenomenal behind the bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, and the staff made both visits a pleasure. I can see this becoming my Monday Night Football hangout spot!

Food & service was great. Drinks were different and exotic…

We celebrated my mom's 73rd birthday here, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our family photos. The food was excellent, but what truly made our visit special was our server, Jorge. He was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His outstanding service made the celebration even more enjoyable. We had a memorable time and would definitely return!
