Best Indian Restaurants in Downtown

Service was excellent. Mikael made great drinks and is a phenomenal server. Dal Makhani was the best and crispy broccoli.

I visited Pataaka for the first time, to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and was not disappointed! The ambiance in the restaurant was beautiful, and the food and service was just as good! The staff were very nice and our bartender/waitress SHARONDA was soo nice and super knowledgeable; she gave us some great recommendations for food and drinks! She took great care of us and helped make our experience that much more special! The drinks and food were really good, especially the Duck and both Lamb options! The breads and rice were tasty, and the dessert donuts were delicious! They then boxed all of our food up for us and gave us the cutest to-go bags! All-in-all we had a Great experience and will definitely be back! Thanks Pataaka!!!

It was wonderful as usual. We moved away in 2020 and knew it was one of the places we had to go back to whenever we visit Atlanta. It can sometimes get a little loud if the are large parties, but it didn't distract from our visit. The chicken tikka masala, butter chicken (medium), rice, and garlic naan were as outstanding as I remembered. We'll definitely return the next time we are in Atlanta.
