We were also lucky enough to connect personally with the Head Chef, Vipin, which made the experience feel even more special. He was incredibly warm and made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Gabriel and Shashank as well they were both so kind, attentive, and made sure we had a genuinely enjoyable time throughout our visit. And of course, the food was absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. We also really appreciated the variety of options on the menu — there was something for everyone, and it made choosing what to try a lot of fun. Overall, it was a wonderful evening with great food, lovely hospitality, and such a welcoming atmosphere. We had an amazing time at Dolally and will definitely be coming back again. The maître d’ Santosh is always on hand to guide you through your choice on the extensive menu. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The food was full of authentic Indian flavours, well prepared, and very satisfying. It was particularly nice to enjoy such tasty South Indian cuisine during our stay in Dublin. Every dish we tried had its own distinct flavour, and the overall quality was excellent. A very enjoyable meal and definitely a place we would be happy to visit again.
